Unused hours roll over to the next month. Busy campaign period? Scale up temporarily. After that, back to your standard package. Not complicated.

Care keeps your site technically healthy: updates, back-ups, monitoring, small fixes. Growth adds structural improvement on top of that, with a monthly check-in and small UX or conversion adjustments. Partnership turns it into strategic collaboration with A/B testing, CRO, and proactive recommendations. Each package includes the one before it.
€60 per hour, the same across all three packages. You’re paying for the number of hours you reserve each month, not for a higher hourly rate on a more expensive package.
Unused hours roll over to the next month within the same quarter. After that, they expire. For seasonal sites this works well: scale up for a campaign, then drop back to your standard package.
Three-month minimum. After that, monthly cancellation with one month’s notice. No annual contract, no hidden renewal clauses.
Covered: content updates, small technical fixes, optimisations, advice, and (in Partnership) A/B testing and CRO work. Not covered: full new pages or features with significant scope, those we quote separately. If something is going to cost hours outside your package, we always tell you in advance.
We investigate the cause, communicate transparently about what happened, and compensate in extra hours or proportional credit. The uptime guarantee applies to all three packages, not just Partnership.
The €39 packages are entry-level for small sites: technical updates, monitoring, security, nothing more. No reserved time for changes, no strategic input. Care, Growth and Partnership add reserved support hours, faster response times, and (in Growth and Partnership) ongoing improvement.
