The challenge: make complexity feel easy

Alchimedus offers a range of AI-based SaaS tools designed for consultants and strategists. Smart tools, sharp minds — but the UI? It wasn’t quite clicking. The team needed a modern, scalable consulting SaaS UI design system that didn’t just look good but reflected their process: clear, intelligent, and structured.

They came to us (via KUBE Studio) with a clear request: align the design with their existing “Brainwave” visual system, make it responsive for both desktop and mobile, and ensure it felt engaging—not boring—for consultants. By incorporating responsive SaaS interface design principles, we delivered a solution that works seamlessly across devices while staying true to their vision.

How it started: UX with structure and substance

In our first meetings, we mapped out the expectations: this wasn’t just a homepage revamp. We were creating a consulting SaaS UI design system that delivered:

A hero homepage to carry the product vision
A product landing page for LinearA (their latest SaaS launch)

Both needed to align with the existing Alchimedus brand while serving as scalable templates for future spin-offs. They also had to reflect the clean, slightly scientific visual tone of “Brainwave” — a polished but not sterile aesthetic.

We designed everything from scratch, based on wireframes from KUBE, ensuring the responsive SaaS interface design was just as sharp on mobile as it was on widescreen.

No dev work here — just pixel-perfect UI in Adobe XD, ready for implementation.
