One strategy, multiple platforms working together. We plan content, create assets, run ads, and track what converts. Six service blocks:

We plan, create, launch, and refine based on what the data shows. The goal: followers who eventually convert, not vanity-metric growth.
01
We audit your current presence, analyze competitors, and define audience personas. You get a content strategy with platform priorities, posting themes, and clear KPIs.
02
Monthly content calendar with post types, captions, hashtags, and creative briefs. Everything planned, nothing last-minute or off-brand.
03
Optimize profiles, bio links, highlights, and branded assets. Set up tracking pixels, UTM codes, and analytics dashboards so we measure what matters.
04
Publish content, respond to comments, monitor DMs, and engage with your community. Active daily presence keeps your brand relevant and trusted.
05
Weekly reviews of engagement, reach, clicks, and conversions. Test new formats, refine messaging, cut underperformers, double down on winners.
06
Expand to new platforms when current ones plateau, increase ad budgets on high performers, test influencer partnerships when audience matches.

We work on strategy and creative execution together, not as separate handoffs. Content that works across Dutch and international audiences with monthly performance reviews, transparent reporting, and multilingual production. Real-time dashboards plus monthly insights, so you see what’s working before the next campaign launches.
The questions that come up most often, answered here. Yours not among them? Just ask, there's a human on the other end.
We manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and X (Twitter) depending on which platforms your audience actually uses. For YouTube we focus on shorts and community management; full video production is a separate scope. For Threads, BeReal, and other newer platforms, we evaluate per client whether audience presence justifies the time investment.
The platform choice is a strategy decision, not a checklist. For B2B services and SaaS: LinkedIn is usually the highest leverage, sometimes paired with Twitter or YouTube for thought leadership. For consumer brands and e-commerce: Instagram and TikTok lead, with Pinterest for visual product categories. For local businesses: Facebook still has value depending on demographics. We audit your audience and competitor presence before recommending a platform mix.
Retainers run between €1,000 and €2,500 per month at our pricing, covering 30 to 40 hours of work. The lower end (€1,000) covers basic content production, scheduling, and community management for 1 to 2 platforms with monthly reporting. The mid range (€1,750 to €2,500) adds content variety, paid social setup, light influencer outreach, and weekly reviews across 3 to 4 platforms.
Hourly rate is €60-€65 across all roles (strategy, content production, community management, paid media management, analytics). What’s not included: ad spend itself (this is a separate budget you control), production costs for high-end video shoots, and influencer fees beyond the management work. See our pricing page for the broader cost framework.
Both, and they work better together than separately. Organic content builds brand familiarity and gives algorithms signal about what your audience engages with. Paid social amplifies the content that works organically and reaches audiences you can’t reach through organic alone. We typically recommend running both in parallel: organic for brand and community, paid for acquisition and conversion.
For paid social: setup and management of campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest. Audience targeting, creative variant testing, budget pacing, conversion tracking. Reports show cost per click, cost per lead or sale, and how each campaign compares to the others. Ad spend itself sits with you (we recommend a minimum of €1,000 per month per platform to gather meaningful data, lower amounts produce too little signal).
For paid social: results show within 2 to 4 weeks once campaigns are optimised. We use the first 2 weeks to gather data, then iterate based on what’s working. For organic content: meaningful follower growth and engagement increases take 3 to 6 months because algorithms reward consistency and the audience needs time to discover you. For business outcomes (leads, sales, demos), the timeline varies by sales cycle length and how strong the conversion funnel is on your website.
What you should see faster: better content quality from week one (your team will notice the difference between in-house quick posts and produced content), more consistent posting cadence, and cleaner brand presentation. Genuine compounding growth happens after 6 to 12 months of consistent execution. We’re honest about timelines in discovery rather than promising overnight results.
Yes. We work in English, Dutch, German and French as primary languages, plus other European languages depending on the client team. Content localisation is more than translation: tone, references, humour, and visual conventions vary by market. For French and German, we work with native speakers on the content team rather than translating Dutch copy.
For multi-country brands: we plan the content strategy per market rather than copy-paste the same calendar everywhere. A single post translated four times performs worse than four posts written for four markets, even if it costs marginally more in production. For clients expanding from NL to other markets: we phase the multi-language rollout based on what each market needs, rather than launching everywhere at once.
Yes, as part of the social media marketing service rather than as a standalone offer. We work with micro-influencers (5,000 to 50,000 followers in niche audiences) and mid-tier influencers (50,000 to 500,000 followers). For larger creator partnerships and celebrity-tier work, we coordinate with specialist agencies because the contract negotiation is different.
What we handle: identifying creators who match your brand and audience (not just follower count), outreach and negotiation, content brief alignment, performance tracking, and contract management. For B2B clients, we also work with industry experts who have smaller but highly relevant audiences. Honest disclosure: influencer marketing only works when the creator’s audience genuinely overlaps with your customer profile. We turn down partnerships that look good on paper but don’t pass that test.
Real-time dashboards with engagement rates, reach, follower growth, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI on paid spend. Monthly written reports with highlights, what worked and why, what didn’t and why, and concrete next steps for the coming month. We use a combination of native platform analytics (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager), third-party tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social depending on client), and custom dashboards in Looker Studio for clients who want consolidated views.
What we don’t report on as primary KPIs: vanity metrics like total followers or impressions without context. Those numbers can grow while genuine business impact stays flat. We report on the metrics that connect to revenue: cost per acquired customer, conversion rate per platform, engagement rate among target audience segments. For clients on Care, Growth or Partnership website support packages, social media reporting integrates with website analytics so the full funnel stays visible.
